How do I go about getting HDD to recognize the modified text files?

Re: Text Files
Open the data.dta file in the data folder of hdd with winrar. You should use an old version of winrar if you want to change something in there (e.g.3.11). If you changed something just select the option store, do not compress it. Than it should work

I have 3.11 downloaded but I cant get it to version 3.11... It will stay at the version last installed, uninstalling and deleting files has no effect...
