Has anyone else noticed that one of the voices in the game is Alexander Armstrong, now he hosts BBCs Pointless and has been in many other shows Armstong and Miller, Dr Who, Sarah Jayne Adventures, Peppa Pig etc.
I have always thought that voice sounded familiar and t'other day checked the credits and found him as Xander Armstrong.
I know its trivial but that voice has been bugging me for years.

Ah yes, his IMDB even says so: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0035602/
Not sure why, but I did look him up and made the match. He has one of those "oldy" sounding english voices.
I'm still looking for the guy that did the original game briefings.

I never noticed that! I knew he sounded familiar, but I could never put my finger on it.
I don't know why, but I always think the guy in the briefings in H&D2 sounds like one of the voices from the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy radio plays.

Is it the narrators voice from Hitchhikers you're thinking of? thats Peter Jones, he died in 1999 or 2000 so it cant be him.

I know it wasn't him, but I always think they sound a lot alike.
But what I am thinking of is the third, fourth and fifth series, which were broadcast in 2004. I think then the narrator was played by William Franklyn, but he also passed away around the time H&D2 was released, so it can't have been him either.
